The Robotic Moment
Motion Design

Based on my experience with online interviews, this project looks at the downsides of digital communication. As AI develops rapidly, online conversations can start to feel less honest. With growing dependence on technology, face-to-face interactions may feel unpredictable, as people gradually lose the instinct to express themselves spontaneously.

The sounds, touches, smells, and bodily cues we experience in face-to-face conversations cannot be replaced by technological devices. Engaging in direct discussions and connecting with others in person is valuable because it fosters authentic, lasting connections.
I have experienced problems caused by excessive reliance on technology. During online interviews, I find it difficult to stay focused because I keep switching between different windows.

Within the context of online interviews, AI technologies are rapidly developing to support them, from real-time translation to eye-tracking correction. Yet, technological progress does not always equate to human progress.
