When I’m not designing on a screen, I love making things with my hands. Crochet is my way to unwind; it gives me a sensory experience that digital work can’t replicate: the touch, the feel, even the smell of the materials. These little experiments let me create without overthinking. I can play, make mistakes, adjust, and keep going. It’s a space where the process matters just as much as the outcome.
Digital Creating illustrations and animations feels different from my approach to graphic design. In graphic design, I often rely on abstract forms to convey ideas and emotions. Motion allows me to work with more literal imagery, making stories clearer while still conveying meaning and emotion.
For introverts, social interactions can feel overwhelming, yet their inner worlds are full of color and depth. This project explores social anxiety through a cosmic landscape, using it as a visual metaphor for the turbulence and beauty of the mind. The animation invites viewers to step into the experiences of introverted individuals, offering an intimate portrait of their inner world.
This project is an homage to Hereditary (2018), a psychological horror film about a curse passed through generations of a family. The sprout symbolizes the family tree, while the moving spot of light embodies the curse, relentlessly following the family with no sign of an end.
